500,000 sq. ft. Condominium Project, White Plains, NY - $150MM
LT’s principal managed the pre-construction development process of this luxury Condominium project which included three levels of underground parking, 65,000 sq. ft. of retail space, a health club, fifty affordable housing units and a 27 story condominium tower. This included developing master planning, project reporting, hiring and managing project staff, managing the preparation of hard and soft cost budgets, assisting in the development of the pro forma, managing relationships with building departments, selecting the consultant team, managing the design development process, performing value engineering studies and selecting and managing the Construction Manager.  

38,000 sq. ft. Condominium, New York, NY - $18MM
LT’s principal managed the development and shell and core construction of this luxury Chelsea Condo project which included a separate commercial area and health club.  This included hiring and managing project staff, project reporting, managing the preparation of hard and soft cost budgets, assisting in the development of the pro forma and selecting and managing the Construction Manager.  

61 Unit Condominium Conversion, Yonkers, NY - $8MM

LT’s principal managed the design and renovation of this Mid-Level Condominium conversion project.  This included hiring and managing project staff, managing the preparation of hard and soft cost budgets, assisting in the development of the pro forma and selecting and managing the General Contractor.    


18 Building Apartment Building Renovation, Bridgeport, CT - $30MM 
LT’s principal managed the complete renovation of an eighteen building apartment complex which included structural modifications and extensive site work. Responsibilities included subcontractor bidding, negotiating and preparing contracts, scheduling, coordination with architects and MEP consultants and complete construction management services including field supervision services, RFI administration and shop drawing coordination.
