LT's principal, working with Jones Lang LaSalle, provided interim executive project leadership for the re-development of Madison Square Garden and was responsible for overall team management, master planning, budget development, design coordination, CM selection and contract negotiations.

Renovation of Starbucks Retail store in Times Square Manhattan - $750k
LT provided complete turn key project development, design development and construction management services for the renovation of an existing Starbucks outlet located  in side the NY Marriott Marquis Hotels. 2016.


Development and Construction of an Office Park, Hauppauge, NY - $30MM
LT’s principal developed and constructed a multi-building office complex that included a high-tech building for the IRS. Responsibilities included site development, budgeting, land use approval, design team selection and coordination, subcontractor bidding and selection and complete construction management services including full field supervision services.

145,000 sq. ft. Hospital Renovation, North Bergen, NJ - $18MM
LT’s principal managed the renovation of an operating hospital and the construction of a medical office building and surgery suite, while maintaining critical life support systems to all areas of the hospital. Work included architectural, structural, HVAC, life safety and medical line work. Responsibilities included complete construction management, bidding and awarding subcontracts, project scheduling, field supervision, CO and requisition administration, facility department coordination, design coordination, construction phasing and MEP coordination.
