LT provides a broad range of project development and construction management services for its clients. These services may be provided on a project basis or on a selective as needed basis.

LT's clients look at numerous new deals and renovation projects but typically only select the most viable.  LT provides the project development services needed to determine which of the opportunities is the most viable.  These development services include master planning, preliminary design team selection, preliminary design development, estimating and budgeting.  These services are further detailed on the Development Services page.

Upon a client's direction to proceed with development and construction of a project, LT can provide complete development and construction management services including including permitting, final design coordination, logistics and vertical transportation coordination, CM/GC bidding and selection, cash flow analysis and change order negotiation. These services are further detailed on the Construction Services page. 

LT has provided project development services and construction management services for projects ranging from simple interior fit outs to multi-year projects valued at $150MM, $200MM and $800MM.
