LT and it's principal have completed development and construction of projects in NY, NJ, CT, CA and Florida. These projects have ranged from small interior office fit outs and small retail renovations to 50-story hotel renovations, $31MM MEP upgrades for the worlds third largest media screen in Times Square NY, redevelopment of rental communities,  complex medical facilities renovations, a 30 story condominium development and the re-development of Madison Sq. Garden valued at over $800MM.
