Thomas Hughes, President and founder of LT, has over 30 years experience in Real Estate Development and Construction Management. Since those early years Tom has taken on assignments of increasing levels of responsibility. After earning his Mechanical Engineering degree, Tom entered the General Contracting field and worked his way up from estimating and project management of small corporate interior projects to complete Senior Level Management of complex projects including renovations of operating hospitals and the gut renovation of an 18 building complex.
